Hello,
I received a confirmation email on July 7, 2025, stating that my $9.00 refund for the WordPress.com Personal plan on my site (abbasiayan229.wordpress.com) had been processed. The email mentioned that I would receive the refund within 7–10 business days, but as of July 20, I have not received it in my original payment method (credit card).
Could you please check the status of this refund and confirm if it has been successfully issued on your end?
