    Hello,

    I received a confirmation email on July 7, 2025, stating that my $9.00 refund for the WordPress.com Personal plan on my site (abbasiayan229.wordpress.com) had been processed. The email mentioned that I would receive the refund within 7–10 business days, but as of July 20, I have not received it in my original payment method (credit card).

    Could you please check the status of this refund and confirm if it has been successfully issued on your end?

    I took a look at your account and can confirm that a full refund has been issued for your monthly Personal plan from our end.

    Please keep in mind that after processing, refunds typically take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. Credit card refunds could take up to one to two billing cycles to show up. International refunds may take even longer to reach you.

    Your financial institution will be able to provide more details about when to expect the refund and how it will appear on your statement. I recommend reaching out to them for further clarification.
