    I have not received my refund of $199 and $99 after canceling the premium package and the business package within 30 days. When should I receive the funds back?

    I don’t see that you’ve purchased any upgrades with this user account, other than $18 for domain majidb.com. Do you have a second WordPress.com user account? Can you link me to a blog associated with that account, so I can take a look?

    Hello,

    There were 2 payments. One was for $99 for a Premium account on 1/27/14 for http://www.manupmyhealth.wordpress.com using PayPal. And then on 1/28/14, I paid $199 for a Business account for the same website. I have now moved the URL management of http://www.manupmyhealth.com to Bluehost, so maybe that’s why you are not able to see it in my records. Thanks for your help.

  • Ok, thanks, I found it. However, these upgrades are owned by a different WordPress.com user account, manupmyhealth. Can you log out of your current account, log back in as that one, and then reply here? Then I can help you with your refunds.
