  Hi i cancelled my business plan and applied for refund. The plan is cancelled and domain is down also but i haven’t received the payment back. I am wondering when would i be able to get back my payment. Thank you

  Hi drivetimecr,

  I’ve checked your account and we issued a refund on 9th October 2018. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer.
