    Hi, I haven’t received the refund till now, and since there is an issue with the international transfer can I get the amount as voucher for other services or restore my domain?

    I can confirm your Premium Plan and domain auto-renewed recently on May 1, 2022. You can see the receipt here to confirm: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/68356105

    I also see that you cancelled and refunded this charge less than 24 hours later, and we processed two refunds on May 1, 2022 for your Premium Plan ($96) and your domain ($18)

    Because your cancellation came shortly after the transaction itself (within less than 24 hours) we had not actually received any funds from your bank, so on our end we simply cancelled the charge and your bank opted to issue a reversal instead of a line item refund on your statement.

    To explain, In the case of a reversal you won’t see a refund credit on their statement – you will instead see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment and no refund, since the funds were not transferred to us at any point. It will instead appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you, so please check with them. I confirm we show the transaction as canceled and the funds returned on our end.
