    I still havent received my refund.

    To confirm, this is for your domain registration subscription? I see the refund was processed back on 12/5. We released the funds back to your bank, and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this.

    Sometimes, they can see pending transactions you do not see on your end. Also, the refund could take longer, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.

    Can I ask for the Acquired Ref Number? My bank is asking for it so they can easily track the transfer.

    We processed your refund on the very same day you made your purchase so there is no ARN (Acquirer Reference Number). Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.

    I recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company to verify if this is the case for that charge.
