Refund not received yet

    I cancelled my renewal last May 21, 2024 for the auto-renewal of my domain registration and WordPress Explorer but till to this date, I did not receive any refund yet which is past 1 month now.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hello!

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. 

    Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
