Refund not recieved

Hello,
I processed a refund over a week ago and have yet to receive it. I no longer have access to direct support as my plan was disabled.
Not sure where to go with this…

Depending on when you canceled, you might have to wait for some more time before the refund reflects in your account. Did you consult your financial institution to know the status?

Refunds take about 10 business days and it has only been 7 since yours were processed. If you do not see anything posted to your account by the end of the week, please let me know and I will contact our Payments team about this.

Hi rayradservices,
I’ve looked into this further and your plan was purchased and refunded on the same day. When this happens, banks will sometimes remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts.
The refund has been sent from our side, so I recommend contacting your bank to check whether they have removed the original charge rather than showing a refund. They should also be able to tell you whether there are any delays in processing on their end.
