Refund not recieved

I am from India and it has been more than 15 days since I cancelled the plan, a couple of hours after I had applied it. I still haven’t received the refund. Please help.

Hi @nikhilchauhan1239, we can confirm this refund was processed on May 10, though it can take some time for routing. Have you tried contacting your bank?

Also our payments team mentioned that since you refunded on the same day you purchased, it’s possible your bank just voided the charge. If you’ll get in touch they should be able to explain.
