  My refund has not been received from 10 days ago.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  @staartmees is right. It might take longer if you are with a non-US bank. You can follow up with your bank directly on this by providing them with the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
