Refund not recieved

    I have cancelled my premium wordpress plan on 9 august,2020. I have recieved email of successful cancel and refund of $96 but did not recieved it yet. My payment was through credit card

    Good Morning –

    It typically takes at least 10 days for international refunds to process. There are certain banks that will hold on to those funds for 1-2 billing cycles before they release it back in to your account.

    I can confirm that we refunded $96 on 2020-08-09. Please inquire with your bank directly on their policy.
