  Want to know when ill be recieving my refund i am in need of my money ?

  A refund usually takes up to 10 Business days. Banks outside of the USA sometimes need a lot more of time, https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#faq-refunds

  Hi @aliisofine28, the refund was likely processed as a reversal.

  This means that the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge should have simply disappeared from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
  Please check your statement to see if the original issue is still there and in case of doubts, reach out to your bank for more details.
