    Never post sensitive and personal information as a Transaction ID, on a public forum. A Staff member will remove this info asap.

    I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued in the amount of £138.00; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.

    It does look like the domain transfer charge of £15.00 was not automatically refunded, so I just refunded that back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for this credit to show up in your bank account.
