Refund not recieved as domain purchased

sir i have purchased a domain bcobcwelfarefrontpunjab.in
but due to some reasons i had to cancel it refund request was made now i want to continue my site with purchased domain
please let know how may i continue my website domain
as i have not received any refund

Hi there,
Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future. By cancelling it you gave up ownership, so it’s no longer your domain.
Do you want to use the domain here on WordPress.com? If so, please go to My Site ->Plans and buy a new plan. Let me know once you’ve done that, and I can restore the domain to your account.
If you want to use the domain somewhere else, I suggest you just wait a few days – the domain should be released again towards the middle of next week, at which point you can register it directly where you want to use it.
Else we can also restore it and help you point it somewhere else. In that case I’ll need to send you a link via email to pay for it again.
