Refund not sent

    I had two refunds which I requested at the same time one for £36 and another for £33. The larger one has come through but I haven’t received the £33. I can’t seem to find a way to contact wordpress about this.

    Hi Prowlandpurr

    Refunds can take 10-12 business days to arrive but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

    Hi prowlandpurr,

    I’ve checked your account and the £33 refund has been sent. You can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to reach your account but this can take a few extra days if you are based outside of the US. The money has been sent from our side so I recommend contacting your bank to see if there are any delays in processing on their end — you can give them the transaction ID printed on the refund receipt.
