Refund Not Showing Up

    Hi there, I requested a refund and it still isn’t showing up in my account almost a month later. When will this take place?

    Hi there, I can see the refund was fully processed, but it will show up as two separate transactions because of how you cancelled. One will be for $18, and the other is $48.

    Can you contact your bank to see if they can help you spot those? We can provide ARNs if needed.
