  Hi there,

  I checked our account and we issued the refund back on the 9th which means your bank should’ve definitely receive the funds. if you can, contact your bank and see if there are any pending posts for those particular refunds and let me know what they say.

  I’ll contact our payments team if you still don’t see anything posted to your account.
