Refund not working.

I had first upgraded to personal plan at A$47.88 then upgraded further to premium at A$81.12 – now I have decided to cancel subscription fully but unsurprisingly it says I’d get refund of only A$64.12. This is very unsettling and I’m unable to email support now that I do not subscribe anymore. Please assist and fix it, thanks! I want proper FULL refund ASAP.

1. The domain URL was harshavardhanmoghe.com
2. The underlying .wordpress.com URL was harshavardhanmoghe571.wordpress.com
3. The username account I used to register this underlying wordpress.com blog and purchased upgrades for is me – hvmoghePlease note that both URLs were deleted so they do not exist but the refund issue is outstanding and unsettling.

Note that in future if you purchase an upgrade for the wrong site, we can help you move it to the correct one. You don’t need to cancel and refund and then purchase it again for another site.
