Refund not yet Credited

  Hi,
  I’m writing to follow up on my refund, which was initiated on 20th January but has not yet been credited to my account.

  Could you please check the status and let me know when I can expect the amount to be credited?

  Hi, @furiousop8. Thanks for getting in touch.

  I checked your account and I can see your cancellation was processed as a reversal instead. Usually, this means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with your bank, so it will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
