  Hello admin. My refund for domain name cancelation has not yet happened. Can you tell me by when will this happen. My domain was jbcphenyl.com.

  Howdy,

  I can see that the refund is processing with the banking provider. While most refunds show up within 48 hours, please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement. In rare situations, mostly non-USA banks) it can even take longer.

  If you still haven’t seen a refund after a week, please contact us again and we can look into the situation. Your financial institution’s support team may also be able to advise.
