refund not yet received

  Hi,

  I requested a refund a week ago and I deleted my site, but still no refund and I think my site is still working.

  Appreciate any help on this matter.

  Hi Henrietta,

  I see that your Custom Design upgrade ($30) and domain ($18) were both refunded. They will be refunded to the method of payment you used (CA PayPal Express). Your site has also been deleted. If you still see it now, try clearing your browser cache.
