So sorry to hear that.
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
I have also tagged modlook for a staff to look if the refund has been initiated or not. They will get back to you shortly. Thank you for your patience.

thegirlintheyellowpufferjacket, if you ever see personal details as were in place here, be sure to add the tag so that staff doesn’t miss removing the details.
jairotech – I am saying this once more because it is very important. DO NOT post sensitive information or personal details in public support forums. They are indexed by search engines and that information becomes available to many people very quickly. In this case, that information is unique to your account, and one of the few things that can be used to regain access to it.

At this point in time, you should have received that refund. I would suggest following up with your financial party directly. They’ll tell you how it is going to appear on the statement and when they’ll release the money to you. Sometimes they hold on to it for 1-2 cycles.
The refund of $48 was sent out on August 26th.
