    Dear Team,

    May I kindly ask you for your help to double check my account for the refund? so far I didn’t receive the refund yet. Thank you in advance.

    Hi there, since you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge was reversed. Most banks will just remove the original purchase.

    If you still see the original charge on the account, please contact the bank; they may have some other way of displaying reversals there.
