  Hello. I cancelled my subscription on dec 6,, but I still hhavent received my refund yet worth php 873 something.

  Hi there!

  I just checked and confirmed that the refund was processed successfully from our end. Note that your card issuer/bank may have processed the refund as a ‘reversal,’ which means you might not see a separate transaction for the refund. Instead, te original transaction is removed from the statement.

  Please contact your card issuer/bank to find out the status of the refund. They will be able to look into this and help you with this further.
