  I applied for refund for my website domain registration and starter upgrade package on 27th February 2024. On that same day, I got an email that my refund has been successful and I will receive my payment in 7-10 business days. It has been more than a month and I still haven’t received my refund. Could you please process my refund again? Thank you

  Hi there!

  It looks like the refund was likely processed as a reversal. Usually, this means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.

  Could you check with your bank/card issuer to see the status of the refund? You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
