  When I built this site I had NO IDEA it had an AUTO RENEW feature built in. This was very cleverly disguised in, what I can assume, was fine print.

  It was a casual site whose domain and site I abandoned months ago. Never thinking I would be forced to renew it.

  I NEVER SELECTED ANY AUTO RENEW FEATURE. The email address you contacted was created to support the New Back New You wordpress site and nothing more. So I had not chequed it in months. I did so now only to find that you’d seen fit to charge my credit card for something I NEVER purchased or selected to purchase.

  REFUND. FULL. NOW.

  The last transaction I see for the site is dated 2012-03-28. newbacknewyou.com is showing as an expired domain and was not renewed.

  Are you sure that you did not cancel the auto-renewal at some point after receiving the “we will renew on ____ date” email and have just forgotten about it? Because I see no evidence that you were charged for anything.
