Refund of $13 on Domain Mapping

    I got charged $13 for domain mapping. I didn’t not have domain mapping set to auto renewal. I would like a refund!

    Hello there! We do not store any credit card information unless an upgrade is set up for auto-renewal. I have refunded your charge, and reverted your domain mapping expiration back to June 12, 2014. I have also de-selected auto-renewal for your upgrade. This insures that no financial information is retained for your account.
