refund of 35euro

  Hi

  the above amount still has not been refunded. i have checked my paypal and my bank account. the only amount refunded was the money paid for upgrade which was about 63.

  pls advice.

  We refunded the £35 back on 4/18. I have resent the receipt of the refund to you. Please check your bank statement and make sure you did not receive it – it has processed on our end and we no longer have the funds.
