  i just created this blog yesterday and wondering how i get a refund within the 48 hour period it says?

  The site at http://loveisinthehayer.com/ is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another host, bluehost.com. You are paying them for that site, not us, and you’ll need to contact them to cancel and refund your hosting plan and/or domain.

  You have never bought any upgrades from us at WordPress.com, and don’t own any sites hosted on WordPress.com.
