  Your mail dated 23.03.2017 stating that refund initiated and amount will be credited in 7 to 10 days. But amount not yet credited. Please examine and mail the current status.

  The refund has been processed on our end.

  7-10 days is average for banks to return the money to your account, but it can also take longer. i would encourage you to contact your bank’s support team and ask them if they know why the money has not appeared.
