i would like to inform you the i was not aware about the annual renewal charges also i am not using this domain @myvanitystar .i would like to request you to please remove my domain as well as please refund my annual renewal charges.

Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com. As @timethief asked, please provide the exact domain for which you were charged. I will need any cancellation request to come from the username that owns the domain, but if you can give the domain I can help you figure out as which username you bought it.
