Refund of Business trial

I registered for a Business plan trial and even though I wanted to cancel this, I did not manage to to cancel it manually and my credit card got charged.
I want to get refund and my business plan cancelled as soon as possible, thank you.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.See here:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
