    Hi there, any refund was issued from our system but can sometimes take 10-15 days to show on your statement. Please note that after the refund is processed on our side, it is up to your card provider when the refund will appear for you.

    Because of this we strongly recommend checking the status of the refund with your card provider, and checking to ensure that they did not simply remove the original charge.
