I received the above mail from you on April 15th 2017. I didn’t recive my refund yet.
Please look into it and do the needful.

Hi Ajay,
Refunds are processed immediately on our end, but each bank has its own process for actually returning the funds to your account, and especially with non-US banks it can sometimes take longer than the standard 10 business days.
Please follow up with your bank directly on this, and give them the transaction ID from our payment provider that appears in your refund receipt as a reference:
