Refund of domain charges

    Already paid the domain charges, then upgraded the account to personal. But the domain charges hasn’t got refunded yet.
    Kindly do the needful.

    Hey there –

    Domain registrations are only refundable for 48 hours after purchase. The hosting plan has been refunded as you stated and the remaining ₹735 is from the domain.

    Good news is that you still own this domain. If you’d like to use it at a different hosting provider you’ll be able to do that by editing the DNS records. Here’s that process.
