Refund of fee

There aren’t any upgrades associated with the user account that you’re contacting us from. We have not collected any payments through that account.
Please find the emailed receipt from us. In that note, you’ll see which site is being billed. Share that site with us here so we can help you find the right account.
Otherwise, you can try to sign in with the email address where that receipt was delivered. Unless you have email forwards in place, it should be the correct one.
