refund of misuse of creadit card

Hello there, I try to contact this site for 2 days now. I got a credit charge from your site on the 29/8/2018 for 26$. I never had any website on your site (Opened this one cause needed some way to contact you). I have all the details of the purchase cause I’m the card holder.
I think and old roommate used my card once to purchase a domain from you and she clicked an auto renewal or something with out my knowledge. she just told my she don’t have an international visa and its only 100 ins (I’m from Israel) and she will pay me back (this was a year ago!). she never told me about your site (don’t know if she hid it from me on purpose or not).
I’m out of touch with her and I think she moved to japan or something.
in short: my credit card was used without my knowledge, I didn’t receive or ask for any service from your site. and I don’t want my card details just floating around there for her to use.

The domain is called itskohaku. I’m not in touch with here for more than half a year and with my past knowledge of her it seems i wont have my money back. Plus her saving my credit detials and putting it on a site with auto charges? Yeah i reported my card company for a chargeback and I’m gonna cancel my card this stuff. Today is your aite don’t want to get anymore mystery payments.
I mean she told me more than a year back its a one time thing. And i thought im doing a favor for a new pal roomate at the time (we are not living together for months now) Had no idea she gonna save me details and keep on charging.

At any case i dont own a domain here nor did i ever requested one. I see no reason i need to run after my money for something i never purchased and ordered. 26$ for something i never asked, own or have any acesses to? With an auto charge? Every year? No way. I mean you can ban/delete what ever you think i own here and deny my credit card for life here. I don’t care. I just want this thing to be over with.
