Refund of money

    Hi! We have cancel our wordpress subscription on the 27 September but till today we still have not receive our refund. Your member cancelled for us and assist us on the refund but we have not receive. Please assist

    Hi there!

    From what I can see, the total of S$360 was refunded on September 27th.

    Bear in mind that, although refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process it.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.

    If you still don’t see the refund in a few days, let us know and we’ll email you a refund ID number so that you can reach out to your bank entity for them to locate the transaction.
