  Hi there,

  I see that we processed the refund on 8/10 and it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your bank account. We released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would wait a few days and reach out to your bank if you don’t see anything by the end of this week. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
