Refund of money

I talked to an assistant two weeks ago and we agreed they’d make a refund of the recent hosting fees. The card I had used to make the payment was cancelled by the bank in fear that the deduction was malicious.
My concern is that the refund hasn’t been successful because of the card. Can I provide a bank account?Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Hello there,
Just to reassure you, refunds are processed back to the same payment method, as when the original purchase was made – meaning that old card details are carried over to new cards.

If you’re not seeing the refund on the statement, you should contact the bank for further details.
