Refund of my premium plan

    Hi I get this message when I canceled my premium plan since 29jan.
    Until now I didn’t receive my refund.

    The following upgrades have been cancelled and C$137.97 refunded:

    Your refund has been sent to the method of payment that you used for your original purchase. You will receive it in 7-10 business days. If you paid with a credit card, this may appear as a credit/refund on your statement, or the original charge will show as reversed, which would simply remove the original charge from your statement – depending on your bank. If you paid via PayPal, you’ll see the refund in your transaction history.

    I checked your transaction details, and the refund was likely processed as a reversal. This means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued. You may want to check with your bank for confirmation.
