Refund of only $86 out of $99

  Hello, I paid $99 yesterday morning for a Premium plan, then submitted for a refund just a few hours later. But the refund only processed for $86, not the full $99. Why is that? I already owned the domain name and still own the domain name (purchased domain name through godaddy), so that is not the issue … I’d like the full $99 back unless there is a logical reason why I only got $86 back. Thank you.
