Refund of originally failed premium subscription

I tried paying for a subscription however my card was declined, I then realised that this was a good thing as I didn’t actually want the subscription to your premium service anyway. However I was a bit shocked to see £85 come out of my account today billed to you. Please can this be refunded as I don’t want to be a part of premium service and the transaction was declined yesterday and I chose not to proceed further. Please help, I am not in a position to have money disappear from my account.

The transaction is not showing up under the account that you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have the Paypal transaction number you can share? I can look it up that way and would be happy to refund the charge for you.
