Refund of payment

Just been charged €300 for a yearly charge. Although we signed up for a WordPress website we never used the service. Trying to get a refund of a total of €899 charged since 1st Jan 2019.

We do need you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade, though. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
