  Wordpress took my annual subscription too early and I want a refund

  I thought I had cancelled my automatic renewal

  Do you know the URL of the site the upgrade was for?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
