Refund of payment for business subscription

    Hello.

    I recently cancelled my subscription and deleted my site. I have not been issued a refund of remaining payment. Your help with resolving this issue is highly appreciated.

    It looks like only the domain was cancelled and refunded there, and not the plan.

    I’ve gone ahead and processed that cancellation and refund for you.

    This should appear on your statement within 10 working days.
