I have cancelled my upgrade however I cannot cancel my personal bundle in order to get a full refund.

Do you intend to use the domain on another site?
Or do you wish to completely give up ownership of it?It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

I’ve now processed a full refund of A$47.88. These funds should reach you in about ten days, and they may come through as separate transactions. On occasion international refunds can take a bit longer. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.
