Refund of personal bundle?

Howdy,
I bought a personal bundle, and then upgraded to the Premium plan. I have decided to hot my site elsewhere, and was able to get a refund for the premium upgrade but not the personal bundle. How do I do that?Thanks

Hi there,
During the upgrade to Premium you paid the difference between the Personal and Premium. The refund was likely for the full amount.
I will tag a staff member to look at your refund to validate that.
p.s. the last line would be the default web site setup within the WordPress.com account your are currently logged in with… if you view “My Sites” at the top left of the Dashboard, you will see it listed. It’s likely a self-hosted (or local) WordPress web site connected with JetPack.

Thanks for the info re: that strange site.As for the upgrade, I don’t think that’s the case. My billing history shows a $48 charge for the personal bundle, and then a $51 charge for the Premium upgrade. There is also a refund for the $51 (because I was able to cancel the premium pack). It’s that first $48 I am trying to cancel.

Ahhh, it might be that the Personal was past the 30 day mark, so didn’t qualify for a refund. Someone from the staff will be able to look at that to verify.

I bought both of the packages yesterday, so I don’t think that’s it. Hopefully, as you say, someone from the staff can figure it out. Thanks for answering though!
