Refund of Personal Upgrade

I received this email on 31st Oct 2016 after asking for a refund within 2 minutes of purchasing it.
The following upgrade has been cancelled and $—– refunded:WordPress.com Personal on https://accelempowermentcom.——–.com
It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.It’s been 2 months yet no refund done!!!?

The refund was issued on our end on 30 October. You can see a receipt in your billing history, here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
If the refund hasn’t reached your bank account yet it’s a problem between our payment processor and your bank. Please contact your bank and provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt so they can look into this.

Did you see that I asked you to start your own thread?
The domain unimahk.com is not registered with us, and is not connected to any WordPress.com site. That domain is registered with GoDaddy.com, so you need to contact them to cancel it as we have no control over that domain.
However, I see you have a Jetpack plan in your account. I’ve cancelled and refunded that plan, but in future please contact Jetpack support if you need help with a Jetpack upgrade.
