Refund of premium plan

I removed the premium plan from WordPress.com I’d like to get a refund of the $60, 12 month plan upgrade.

You can follow the refunds process here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
Please note: For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund.

Good morning –
I can see that the upgrades were cancelled but where I would normally find the refund information, it’s not there. Mystery! So, I’ve asked our payment team to take a look and help me out with this one.

There was an error with the initial purchase and when checking with your bank they should be able to confirm that we never processed a charge for the purchase. This is also why a refund was not issued. Write back to me here with any other questions about this.
