Refund of Premium service

  We just transferred our patientsafetybydesign.wordpress.com blog over to wordpress.org, patientsafetybydesign.com. We upgraded to WordPress premium service for $99 within in the past 30 days. I’m assuming that is a service not applicable to WordPress.org? Is so, please refund the $99. Thanks.

  Hi Joe,

  You are right in that the WordPress.com Premium Bundle cannot be transferred over to WordPress.org. I would be happy to cancel it and refund it to you, however the bundle wasn’t purchased in this account. It looks like some other user on your blog purchased it. They should be able to cancel it by logging in to their Dashboard and going to Store >> My Upgrades, or else they can submit a ticket and we can take care of it for them.
